Tasting
Weekend flights seat a handful of guests. We pour three or four teas side by side, talk texture and finish, and leave time for silence between cups.
Bookings prevent overcrowding. Walk-ins join if a chair opens. Water is filtered; milk and sugar stay optional and rarely needed.
Private tastings for small adult groups can be arranged by email when the calendar allows.
Flights begin with a brief palate reset and a note on water temperature. We pour small cups so comparison stays fair. Talking is welcome; so is quiet note-taking on the cards we provide.
Allergies and caffeine sensitivity should be mentioned when you book. We can steer toward lower-caffeine options without pretending herbals are medicine.
Private tastings for adult groups of up to six work best in late afternoon. Email a preferred date and we will check the kettle calendar.
Cancellations with a day’s notice free a chair for the waitlist. No-shows may lose booking priority for the next month of flights.
